During the Summer months I look for the comforts that only being with one’s self can bring. An alone time to think, daydream and simply rest the mind is critical when turning off to just slow down. These slower months provide ample opportunities to contemplate the role I play on this planet, my mission in life and the purpose I play. Just a small time set aside to be still, with no disruptions or nagging “to do” lists, helps to keep me happy and relaxed. I urge you to find ways to slow down enough to enjoy your purpose in life. ~enjoy~
