Work for me is a real challenge during the slow days of Summer. Particularly because I work from home AND my boys are at home as well. So I’ve managed to accept that I can do only what I can do. Accepting, AND not forcing, is a big part of slowing down to accomplish a 
bit more balance in one’s life. Luckily, the business is still in its adolescent stage so it grants me a bit more flexibility.
The routine is simple, I wake up very early which allows me the quiet time to concentrate without shooing the boys away. I find not having to push them away avoids the guilty feeling of working from home. If my work day is busier, then I give them a schedule of how long I’ll be and I stick to it. This way they learn first hand the importance of managing time for balance. ~enjoy~
